Track a call for proposals. Bring together complementary partners. Have your application reviewed by peers who have already submitted one. That is what you come here to do.

Finding funding, gathering partners, obtaining honest feedback on an ongoing project: these three things currently happen through newsletters, private messages, and word of mouth. It is slow, and opportunities are missed unknowingly. Museum Voices brings them together in one place, in a space that complements the work of institutions like UNESCO and ICOM.

An AI recommendation engine and a matching tool connect you with professionals whose expertise complements yours — what you seek versus what they offer, by discipline, type of institution — to forge the alliances that matter. Already registered on MuseumWeek? You have access.

01

Cooperate

The platform where international museum cooperation projects are formed and funded. A global map and an AI engine to find peers who complement your institution — two similar museums do not make a project, two complementary ones do — and to jointly prepare funding applications.

Calls.
Partners to win them.

Follow a call. Identify GLAM institutions pursuing the same opportunity. Build your consortium in the Studio — partners confirmed, roles still to be filled, coverage map — before submission.

Find your matches

The AI engine analyzes your profile and ranks members by complementarity — shared expertise, offer ↔ need, institution type.

Follow calls for projects

Automatic monitoring — European calls (SEDIA, Creative Europe), French (Ministry of Culture, Aides-territoires) and international (Grants.gov, Fundit) — scored for relevance to your institution, with tracking of your calls.

Build your consortium

The Studio assembles your consortium: partners confirmed, roles still to be filled, coverage map (countries, disciplines) and suggestions for complementary profiles.

The professional network of museums and cultural institutions

Museum Voices brings together curators, directors, mediators, collection managers and heritage professionals from museums, libraries, archives and galleries — the GLAM sector — worldwide.

Unlike general networks, Museum Voices is specifically designed for the challenges of the cultural sector: preparing funding applications, responding to European and international calls for projects, seeking institutional partners, and sharing curatorial practices.

The platform is based on the UNESCO and ICOM frameworks, and hosts members of the MuseumWeek community, present in over 80 countries.

Monitoring funding, AI matching and museum consulting

GLAM Funding

Automated monitoring of cultural funding calls from about twenty public sources — European (SEDIA, Creative Europe), French (Ministry of Culture, Aides-territoires, Banque des Territoires), Nordic, Dutch and international (Grants.gov, Fundit) — scored for relevance to your institution. Tracking ongoing applications, identifying potential co-applicants.

Matching among professionals

An AI recommendation engine analyzes profiles — discipline, institution type, offerings and needs — to connect you with the most complementary partners when you need them.

Museum-specialized AI agents — in preparation

Xenia, Muse Companion and Métis are the AI agents currently under development: curatorial advice, cultural policy analysis, assistance with application writing, based on the frameworks of UNESCO and ICOM. They are not yet available to members.

Why a paid service

You are not the product. That is precisely why the service is paid.

No advertising, no data resale

A “free” network always pays in other ways: targeted advertising, profile exploitation, data resale. Museum Voices chooses the opposite — directory by explicit consent, addresses shared only after mutual agreement, anonymous and self-hosted audience measurement. This choice deprives us of advertising revenue. It therefore has a clear price.

Real costs, covered by members

Daily monitoring of funding, the matching engine, the Consortium Studio and hosting have real operating costs. Subscriptions — starting at €5/month — help cover these costs and sustain the service. Nothing else.

An association, not a startup

Culture For Causes Network is a non-profit association under the 1901 law: no shareholders to pay, no growth at all costs. The community base remains free, and a solidarity pricing adapts the cost to each institution’s real capacity. Subscribing guarantees the tool’s longevity — and that it belongs solely to its sector.
